CPMobile 2.6.2 Requirements

Before you can install and register CPMobile 2.6.2, you must have the following:

• iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad with iOS 11 or iOS 12

• NCR Counterpoint V8.4.6.10 or later

Viewing bin locations in Item Lookup and Inventory Management functions is supported.

After you update to V8.5.6.0 or later, you must use System > Utilities > Pre-defined Data and click Update to create the necessary CPMobile form groups.

You cannot use CPMobile if you have multiple instances of NCR Counterpoint installed on your server(s).

• Wireless or cellular access to your Counterpoint server(s)

• Internet access

• NCR Secure Pay or NCR Counterpont Gateway (CPGateway) for credit card transactions in CPMobile Point of Sale

Credit Card Payments

To process credit card payments in CPMobile Point of Sale, you must have the following:

• iPhone 5S or later

• iPod touch 6th generation or later

• iPad Air or later

• Compatible CPMobile barcode scanner or card reader (CPMobile sled)

• iMag Pro Magnetic Stripe Reader (MSR)

Dial-up credit card processing (i.e., CPDialup) is not supported.
